Privacy Policy

This notice explains how GoSeekNest handles personal information across goseeknest.com, including editorial pages, advertising landing pages, Related Search and search-result pages. GoSeekNest is the controller of the first-party processing described here. Advertising and infrastructure providers may act as processors or independent controllers for their own processing. This site is informational and is not a health-care provider, insurer, financial institution or credit bureau.

Information we collect

A URL, search term or title can reveal a topic you viewed, including health, insurance, employment, housing or finance. Do not email medical records, government identifiers, payment-card data, passwords or other sensitive records.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to deliver pages and search functions; secure the service and prevent fraud or invalid traffic; diagnose errors; measure content and advertising; attribute visits and conversions; answer messages; comply with law; and establish or defend claims. Under European or UK law, our legal bases are legitimate interests in operating, securing and measuring the service where not overridden, legal obligations, and consent for optional measurement, personalised advertising and marketing storage where required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Advertising, cookies and providers

Google: advertising pages use Google AdSense for Search and Related Search. Browsers send Google the page URL, IP address and request information. Google and participating vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and identifiers to provide, measure, secure and, when allowed, personalise advertising. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Related Search may be requested immediately in Google's limited-ad mode. It does not use personal data for ad personalisation, but basic serving uses data such as IP address and Google may use invalid-traffic-detection-only cookies, local storage or Shared Storage. Optional first-party measurement and Meta/TikTok marketing tags remain off unless the applicable consent signal permits them.

Meta and TikTok: advertising landing pages may use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. When active, they can receive URL/topic viewed, referrer, IP address, browser/device data, ad click IDs and events such as PageView, ViewContent or an ad-button interaction. Privacy and advertising choices

European visitors may reject optional purposes or use Manage options. Rejecting keeps Related Search in limited mode and optional measurement/marketing off. We honour Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Disclosure, sale and sharing

We disclose information to hosting, content-delivery, security and email providers; Google, Meta and TikTok for the purposes above; advisers; authorities when required; and a successor in a merger, financing or sale. We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosure of identifiers and internet activity to ad partners may be a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some US laws. Applicable residents may opt out above or use a recognised universal opt-out signal.

Consumer Health Data Notice

Some pages discuss health, wellness, medical procedures or insurance. Consumer health data we may collect is limited to the page/topic or search term viewed and associated technical, click and advertising interaction data; we do not ask for diagnoses, medical records, prescriptions or precise location. Sources are the browser, advertising link and page interaction. We use it to provide content, secure the service, measure content/advertising and attribute interactions. It may be disclosed to the infrastructure and advertising providers above. We do not sell consumer health data. Where law requires consent for collection or sharing, we rely on the applicable consent or privacy-control mechanism. You may request access or deletion or withdraw consent using the contact below.

International transfers, retention and security

Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers use adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another recognised safeguard. We retain request, security, consent, attribution and advertising records only as long as reasonably needed, considering fraud investigations, reporting cycles, contracts, disputes and law. Providers have their own published retention periods. We use access controls, encryption in transit and operational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to know/access; obtain a copy; correct/delete; restrict or object; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling; and receive equal service without discrimination. An authorised agent may act where permitted. EEA/UK residents may complain to their local data-protection authority. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for visitors.

Children, changes and contact

The service is for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Material changes will be posted here. For access, deletion, correction, objection, withdrawal, consumer-health-data or other privacy requests, email the GoSeekNest site operator at support@goseeknest.com with “Privacy request”, the domain and right you wish to exercise. Do not send identity documents unless we request proportionate verification.
