How I Dropped 60 Pounds and Transformed My Life with the Clean Eating Challenge

Hey everyone!

I’m Daisy, and I’m thrilled to be part of the CleanFoodCrush team!

Each day, I assist newcomers to the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge, and honestly, it’s my dream role. Not only do I get to help people build healthier, happier lives, but I also bring my own experience into the mix. Before joining this team, I shed 60 pounds by completing the challenge myself, and now I guide others toward the same success!

Let me take you back. Before CleanFoodCrush entered my life, I was stuck in a weight-loss struggle and desperately needed a shift. After losing my mom, the pounds crept up quickly, and I felt miserable. Food became my comfort and escape, but I was trapped in an unhealthy loop with no clue how to break free on my own. Before long, I hit my heaviest weight ever—189 pounds.

I was exhausted from feeling sad, overweight, unhappy, and uncomfortable in my own skin. I weighed more than I ever had, and I felt completely miserable. Depression set in, and I constantly wore baggy clothes, yet never felt at ease. Things were rough, and I knew I had to take action to turn my life around.

I firmly believe we should love ourselves at any size, but for me, it was about feeling comfortable and active—something I lost as the weight piled on.

I value happiness and ease. I want to stroll along the beach, celebrate special moments with my husband in a nice dress, and truly savor life.

For me, a healthy weight is part of living well. So one day, I said enough is enough. I had to take a chance! I decided to ditch a lifetime of diets and insecurity, and instead embrace the opportunity to celebrate a new, joyful me. It was time!

Everything changed for the better when I joined the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. I followed the program exactly as laid out, developed a newfound love for spinach salads, tangy chicken, and meatballs—I actually craved clean foods!

My energy soared, my skin cleared up, and I felt amazing for the first time in ages. There’s truly no stopping me now! Clean eating has become my lifestyle, and I promise you—taking that leap is worth it. Learning to LOVE real food has turned into a passion, and I hope it will for you too!

I started losing inches, and the weight just melted away. Out of all the programs I tried, Rachel’s 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge is the one that completely turned my life around.
