A viral Twitter thread makes a surprisingly convincing argument.

Everyone keeps asking the same thing: are Virtue and Moir actually together? And when they find out the pair (supposedly) isn't, the next question is: how can two people share so much obvious chemistry without being madly in love in real life?
It's entirely possible to share a deep artistic bond that isn't romantic. I'm sure many creative duos exist with intense, affectionate, yet entirely platonic relationships — I just can't name any off the top of my head. But it's also just as possible that the professional partners are keeping their real relationship private for career reasons. Would we be as fascinated if they were openly dating? Probably not. That whole "passionate but not in love" dynamic is essentially their trademark.
Which brings us to this utterly persuasive Twitter thread from Tessa Virtue. If Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir aren't sleeping together, dating, or secretly married, then how else do you explain this steamy collection of NSFW gifs?
