Prick the dough with a fork and refrigerate for one hour. Pour the semolina into the cream and let it swell. Beat the eggs, then add to the semolina-cream mixture. Stir, season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the dough for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle over the baked crust. Spread the chopped chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes on top. Pour the creamy sauce over everything and bake for another 40 minutes.
