What You'll Need

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries
  • 2 kiwi fruits

Steps to Make

  1. Rinse and remove the stems from the strawberries, then slice them thinly. Similarly, wash and peel the kiwi fruits, then cut into thin round slices.
  2. Place the fruit pieces into Popsicle molds.
  3. Pour enough coconut water into each mold to fully submerge the fruit.
  4. Insert the Popsicle sticks and freeze until completely solid, approximately 2-3 hours.
  5. To remove the pops from the mold, briefly run the molds under warm water. This should loosen the Popsicles easily.

You can mix and match your preferred berries with lemonade, orange juice, or pineapple juice to create different versions of fresh fruit Popsicles. The best part – absolutely no cooking required! These 3-ingredient ice pops are an ideal treat for children who tend to reach for calorie-laden, artificially colored ice creams, and they also make a perfect Holi treat for both kids and adults alike!
