This drink is exceptionally revitalizing and wholesome, serving as an excellent substitute for plain water. After all, cucumbers consist of about 96% water—not just any water, but one infused with beneficial nutrients (notably potassium and iodine) along with vitamins. So cucumbers are not only for eating; they are also perfect for drinking!

How to Make Cucumber Lemonade at Home

Ingredients

  • mineral water – 0.5 l.
  • cucumber – 2-4 pcs.
  • juice of half a lemon
  • honey- 1.5 tbsp
  • mint – 5 leaves

Instructions

  1. Place cucumbers, mint, and honey into a blender.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the mineral water and pulse again with the blender.
  4. Next, pass the mixture through a sieve, pressing the pulp firmly to extract all liquid. Adjust sweetness or acidity with extra honey or lemon juice as desired.
  5. Transfer into cups or glasses. Decorate with a lemon slice and mint sprigs, then serve with a straw.
