What actually separates something alive from something merely mechanical? What transforms a collection of molecules into a breathing, conscious being? What is the animating principle that ancient thinkers named the "animus"? The answer is light — and it represents the core mechanism through which your cells and DNA stay in contact.
Consider this: a cell holds identical chemical components whether it is living or dead. The same structures persist in both states. So what breathes life into the cell? How does a human being become a coordinated network of roughly 10 trillion cells, each exchanging information with every molecule in the body every single second?
On top of that, somewhere around 10 million cells perish every few seconds. To stave off complete entropic breakdown, fresh cells must constantly take their place. This is no small feat — no ordinary machine could manage it. It also explains why so many pharmaceutical treatments fall short: they operate nowhere near the velocity of light, where genuine healing occurs.
Relying on chemistry alone to coordinate such a spectacular performance would simply be too sluggish. Researchers including the Russian scientist Alexander Gurwitsch (a colleague of Vladimir Vernadsky's era) and Fritz Albert Popp have each argued that cellular communication must occur at light-speed for human physiology to operate at all.

It was Gurwitsch who, while studying onion roots back in 1923, made a striking discovery. When two adjacent plants were housed in quartz glass containers, the roots of one plant could trigger activity in the roots of its neighbor. Place the plants in silicon glass instead, and the effect vanished. The difference came down to which UV wavelengths each material allowed to pass through — quartz permitted the relevant frequencies, silicon blocked them, enabling biological communication across the boundary.
Popp built on this foundation, designing 37 separate experiments using UV light to explore what Gurwitsch had uncovered. He tested a range of chemicals, some carcinogenic and others not.
Without exception, every carcinogenic compound he examined absorbed the UV light and emitted it back in a distorted or scrambled frequency. This mirrors what occurs inside our own DNA when we consume inferior food, marinate in negative emotional states, soak up DNA-damaging media, or absorb the chemical pollution saturating our air, water, and soil. All of these inputs corrupt the light signals our cells rely on.
Popp also noticed that these cancer-triggering substances shared a common trait. Each one responded exclusively to a single UV frequency — 380 nanometers. He wondered why light could scramble biological information, until he realized it could also restore order.
In particular, Popp identified Ultraweak Photon Emission (UPE), also called Biophoton Emission (BPE): the steady, spontaneous release of photons from every living system, humans included, arising from metabolic processes without any external stimulation or amplification.
This emission falls within the visible and ultraviolet portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, registering at extraordinarily faint intensities — typically between 10⁻¹⁶ and 10⁻¹⁸ W/cm².
The coordinated release of biophotons ties directly into how energy and information move through any living organism, and researchers have connected it to DNA activity and gene regulation.
Rewriting your DNA's behavior comes down to permitting coherent electromagnetic signaling to flow freely within your biology — and between your body and the living, breathing intelligence of the cosmos. When you flood your cells with prescription medications, antidepressants, or heavily processed, genetically engineered food, you disrupt the light-speed dialogue between the perfect fractal universe and your physical form.
Repairing DNA — and by extension, your cells — hinges on letting coherent light govern your biorhythms, maintain homeostasis, and direct every metabolic function in your body. Those 10 trillion cells already know their job. Your DNA inherently grasps how to communicate flawlessly; all that's required is removing whatever blocks that exchange. Do you see the pattern?
