During my darkest moment—sitting in that old green physician's chair while he matter-of-factly suggested medication for my depression—I questioned how my existence had spiraled so far down. I was in the depths of a six-year battle with depression, drowning in £100,000 of debt, and felt incapable of confronting the world.
I recall thinking, as I sat on the cold bathroom tiles at my parents' house a few nights earlier: Surely there has to be more to life than this?! There must be?!
Yet I couldn't discover a path to escape and move forward. I felt completely stuck.
I loathed myself.
And I despised my existence.
In those bleak moments, wondering how I would ever climb out of this disaster, I always found the accounts of 'people who had succeeded' profoundly motivating.
“If they managed it,” I would reassure myself, “then I can too…right?!”
I would dive into books, YouTube clips, and podcasts, absorbing everything available about how Tony Robbins, Les Brown, and Lisa Nichols had reversed their fortunes.
I adored when Marie Forleo shared glimpses of her past or when Gabbie Bernstein recounted her journey here. Oh my goodness, and we must mention Rebecca Campbell's 'Light is the New Black'. Wow, that book truly resonated with my spirit.
There was something about witnessing their current success—how joyful they were, how they were impacting others' lives, how they were fulfilling their aspirations—and how it stood in stark contrast to their earlier circumstances that reminded me we all have a path. And this path belongs to me…
Therefore, in this video, I want to reveal my own personal journey of change—how I evolved from charging £50 an hour as a coach, depressed, lost, and overweight, to establishing a six-figure coaching and consulting enterprise that transforms people's lives!
I will explain how I discovered my purpose, what actions I took to alter my life, and what it required to earn a living doing what I love in a saturated online marketplace. And I will demonstrate how you can achieve the same.
I will recount every gritty, messy detail, hoping it reaches even one person who needs to hear: Transformation is achievable. It is always achievable.
So put the kettle on, get comfortable, and settle in. And if you watch until the end, and it benefits you in any manner, take a moment to share in the comments and perhaps tag a friend who would appreciate this message.
Transformation is achievable. It is always achievable.
