I picked up this red dress a few months ago during the colder season and hadn't had an opportunity to wear it until now. I'm thrilled I made the purchase! It's both beautiful and quirky in the most delightful way. The exaggerated shoulder ruffles, cutout sleeves, dragon-scale-like pattern, and sumptuous velvet make it feel like something a Mother of Dragons would wear—or in my case, a Mother of Cabs! =)
Twisted half-up hairstyle—expect to see this more often (examples here & here)! It's one of my simplest tricks to combat humidity and flatness. This look uses three-day-old hair, but with a spritz of Oribe anti-humidity spray, some light curling, and backcombing, I revive volume and texture. Quick and easy, especially when traveling or short on time in the morning.
