Here’s a fantastic new recipe for delicious fish croquettes! This dish comes from Greek cuisine and is traditionally called “psarokeftedes”. Greek fish croquettes are not only easy to prepare; the classic version uses swordfish as the main ingredient.
Of course, croquettes have long been a staple in everyday cooking, often made with minced fish. You can make the process even simpler by using canned tuna as the fish component. Then the whole dish comes together in just a few minutes.
