Shrimp have a unique composition—they are neither fish nor meat but something exceptional for health and expanding taste experiences. For maximum benefit, we recommend choosing seafood from Northern origins (like Norway or Denmark) rather than Southern regions (such as South America, Indonesia, or Thailand). Small, soft northern shrimp may look less appealing, but they taste far superior to the larger, fattier representatives of southern seas.
