Components:
- pumpkin (flesh) – 400 grams
- sour cream – 55 grams
- goat cheese – 135 grams
- potato starch – 30 grams
- chicken eggs – 4 pieces
- cardamom to taste
- nutmeg – to taste
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation:
- Dice the pumpkin flesh into cubes, place in a steamer, and cook for roughly 30 to 35 minutes.
- Transfer the steamed pumpkin to a blender, then incorporate sour cream, starch, and eggs.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, cardamom, and nutmeg. Stir thoroughly.
