Dinner Plan of the Week #58

Helpful Suggestions for the Week

Saturday: Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon: This super easy slow cooker recipe is one of my absolute favorites. Whenever I anticipate a hectic morning, I chop and measure every component the night before. The following day, all that's required is sliding the insert out of the fridge, placing it into the slow cooker, dialing in the timer, and getting on with my day!

Sunday: Chicken and Rice Casserole: My whole family goes wild for this comfort dish, and I'm thrilled that it can be assembled in advance — either frozen for a future occasion or tucked into the fridge until it's ready to bake and serve.

Monday: Chicken Tortilla Soup: This mouthwatering soup offers three different cooking approaches — stovetop, slow cooker, and Instant Pot — letting you select whichever best fits your day. Absolutely scrumptious!

Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Soup: Slow-cooked to perfection, this comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup hails straight from my cookbook and ranks among my top picks whenever the temperatures dip.

Wednesday: Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken with Veggies: With the whole meal plated in just thirty minutes, this sheet pan creation demands almost no prep work to pull off.

Thursday: Chicken Fajita Quesadillas: I love to slice up the chicken and vegetables in advance, tucking them into resealable plastic bags or sealed containers. By the time quesadilla hour rolls around, every component is prepped and waiting to assemble!

Wishing you a fantastic week! — Robyn xo
