Almost anyone active on social media has come across images of a two-toned coffee beverage served in a transparent glass — something straight out of a fairy tale. This creation goes by the name "fluffy coffee."
The drink first emerged in South Korea back in February. Shortly after, online clips showcasing the beverage started circulating widely, with several videos racking up more than 4 million views. Viewers were captivated by its eye-catching look, cloud-like foam, photogenic appeal, and the simplicity of putting it together.
As COVID-19 forced cafés to shut their doors, home baristas began craving beverages that were both delicious and visually impressive — and fluffy coffee fit the bill perfectly. Why not give it a try in your own kitchen?
