Scoring design points often involves hunting down a rustic vase from Provence or investing in an original Pierre Jeanneret chair. Yet it's entirely possible to admire an object's beauty without knowing its pedigree.

The rich, saturated hues, plush textures, and refined simplicity are simply stunning.

Maybe my next Victorian home should be in Notting Hill, the location of this shoot. Either way, I plan to immerse myself in this tranquil aesthetic all weekend.
