Pour in the vanilla, then incorporate the dry mixture on low speed. Split the dough in half, enclose in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours — overnight works even better.

Warm the oven to 160ºС. Roll the dough flat and cut out shapes. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the rims turn golden. Spread jam over a cooled biscuit and sandwich it with a second one.

  • white – just cheesecakes;
  • Greens – two lime zest and lime juice;
  • red – blackberry or raspberry puree.

Transfer the batter into the molds and bake in a water bath for 20-25 minutes at 180ºС. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
