Our TV Appearance with Journy

Catch Us on Television

Strictly speaking, you can view us whenever you like through on-demand streaming. We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Journy, powered by Ovation—a fresh travel-lifestyle app that showcases incredible travel videos from a diverse range of creators and perspectives.

A few months ago, they contacted us about featuring some of our videos for their audience. Following an extended phone conversation where we bonded over our shared passion for travel and learned about their upcoming plans, we were fully committed to the project.

So how can you watch us? If you own a Roku device or use XUMO, you can tune into the Journy channel on your smart TV, iPhone, or Android device. Once there, simply search for Local Adventurer videos. If you enjoy the content we’ve produced, let Journy know—and we might create exclusive material just for them.

I spent far too much time browsing all the videos available for streaming. A couple of programs we’re especially eager to watch include:

Great Wide Open – Directed by Jared Leto, this documentary series celebrates America’s National Parks and the adventurers who explore them.

Droned – This groundbreaking show follows a group of eccentric adrenaline seekers as they bring travel adventures to life using drone technology from their company Pigeon Vision.

Find Local Adventurer on Roku and Xumo.

Here’s a trailer for Journy:
