It’s true what they say: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” Skipping the morning meal is a common habit, with many grabbing just a glass of water. But you really shouldn’t!
Breakfast is the cornerstone of your day and your well-being. It sets the pace for everything that follows, influencing your energy and mood. So breakfast should be not only balanced and nourishing but also delicious. Yet many of us simply lack time in the morning to whip something up. As a result, we dash out the door, rushing and forgetting to eat entirely.
Today we’ll share three of the most flavorful—and above all, quick—breakfast recipes that are famous across the globe.
They won’t eat up much of your morning.
English Breakfast

The British never miss breakfast. For them, it’s the most sacred meal of the day. Traditionally, an English breakfast was very hearty, especially in an average working family. With no lunch break, breakfast had to keep them going until evening. Even today, the British still love a substantial start to the day.
To prepare an English breakfast, you’ll need: 2–3 eggs, 2–3 sausages, 1 tomato, 100 g bacon, 100 g canned beans in tomato sauce, 100 g mushrooms, 20 ml olive oil, 2 slices of toast, and salt and pepper to taste.
First, slice the bacon into thin strips (though many stores sell pre-sliced bacon ready to fry). Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Slice the sausages. Now start frying everything in a pan with olive oil. Begin with the bacon, then the sausages, mushrooms, and tomatoes (if you prefer fresh tomatoes, you can skip roasting them). Next, fry the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper. At the same time, toast the bread in a toaster. If you don’t have one, fry the bread slices in a dry pan until golden. When serving bacon and sausages, blot off excess fat with a paper towel. You can also warm the canned beans in a pan. Arrange all the components on one plate and enjoy.
Spanish Breakfast

The Spanish breakfast is simple and varied. Spaniards insist on using only fresh ingredients for their morning meal.
To make a Spanish breakfast, take: 2–3 eggs, 50 ml milk, 100 g ham, 30 g leek, 100 g boiled potatoes, 100 g tomatoes, 50 g red bell pepper, 50 ml white wine, 20 ml olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Dice the ham. Slice the leek into thin rings, the boiled potatoes into cubes, and the tomatoes into slices. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips. Beat the eggs with a whisk, adding the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour all the ingredients except the egg-milk mixture into a pan and fry, seasoning to taste and adding the white wine. Wait until the wine evaporates, then pour in the eggs. Stir the dish under a lid until cooked through. Serve with fresh cherry tomatoes on lettuce leaves.
Mexican Breakfast

It’s no secret that Mexicans love spicy food. If you enjoy a kick of heat, this breakfast is tailor-made for you.
To prepare a Mexican breakfast, gather: 100 g minced meat (preferably beef), 100 g sweet red bell pepper, 50 g hard cheese, 50 g red beans, 1 tomato, 1 tortilla, 1 egg, 1 chili pepper, half a lime, green onions (feathers), 20 ml olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Dice the tomato and sweet pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the tortilla into pieces and fry in olive oil. Blot excess fat with paper towels. Separately, fry the whole chili pepper, making a few knife punctures along the pod so the heat infuses the dish. Separately, fry the minced meat, adding the onion and beans. Season with spices to taste. Pour the egg into the cooked meat and add the grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and cook until done. Serve the breakfast on a plate with the tortilla pieces, green onion, and chili, all sprinkled with lime juice.
Enjoy your meal!
