Mini Bacon Ranch Cream Cheese Bites – Perfect Party Appetizer

These Mini Bacon Ranch Cream Cheese Bites may look small, but they’re bursting with taste! Packed with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon, they make an ideal snack for game days or any party!

Super Bowl Sunday is almost here, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Especially this year because “This Is Us” airs right afterward, and it’s the most anticipated reveal yet. I know people care about their teams and love the football action, but for me, the best part is all the delicious food! I’m a sucker for great appetizers, and Super Bowl Sunday seems to be overflowing with them.

These Mini Bacon Ranch Cream Cheese Bites would be a fantastic addition to the menu! They’re incredibly easy to make and loaded with flavor. They feature cream cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Bold and tasty, they’re the perfect appetizer for feeding a crowd!

Recipe type: Appetizer

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ Tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 Tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
  • 1½ teaspoons ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tablespoons bacon
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
  • Line a cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • Open dough and unroll it onto a flat working surface.
  • Roll dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle, making sure all perforated seams are sealed.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 6 rows by 4 rows to create 24 squares.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each square. Bring all four corners together to the middle and pinch to keep the filling inside. Twist and pinch to seal, leaving small gaps between seams. Place on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Enjoy!
