Eggnog Fudge

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
- 1⅔ cups sugar
- ¾ cup eggnog
- ½ cup butter
- 2¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
- nutmeg for garnish
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, sugar, and eggnog. Bring to a boil and continue boiling, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 234°F.
- Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, and stir until completely smooth.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
