I absolutely adore when eggnog appears in desserts and baked goods. This fudge is no exception. With eggnog as the star ingredient, this holiday fudge comes alive in every single bite. The spices and creamy texture are incredibly satisfying. This fudge is an absolute must-make!

Eggnog Fudge

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1⅔ cups sugar
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • nutmeg for garnish
  • Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, sugar, and eggnog. Bring to a boil and continue boiling, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 234°F.
  • Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, and stir until completely smooth.
  • Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
