1. Chocolate Mousse
To prepare this indulgent dessert, you'll need the following ingredients:
• 50 grams of dark chocolate; • 50 grams of milk chocolate; • 350 grams of sour cream; • 30 milliliters of whiskey; • A bag of gelatin
Step 1. Heat one-third of the sour cream until it comes to a boil.
Step 2. Pour the chopped chocolate into the hot cream and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3. Whisk the mixture until smooth, then set it aside to cool.
Step 4. Dissolve the gelatin as directed.
Step 5. Stir the whiskey and dissolved gelatin into the chocolate mixture.
Next, whip the remaining sour cream and fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix gently until combined.
2. Pistachio Cookies
For melt-in-your-mouth pistachio cookies perfect with tea, gather these ingredients:
• 15 grams of flour; • 200 grams of dark chocolate; • 95 grams of pistachios; • 50 grams of butter; • 1 tablespoon of sour cream; • 65 grams of granulated sugar; • 35 grams of lemon peel; • 45 grams of dried cherries; • 25 grams of almonds
Step 1. Line a flat baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
Step 2. Melt the butter together with the sugar.
Step 3. Add the sour cream, a pinch of salt, chopped lemon zest, almonds, pistachios, and dried cherries.
Step 4. Pour in the flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 5. Using a teaspoon, drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6. Gently flatten the tops to create even cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
3. Blueberry Pie
For this incredibly tasty dessert, you will need:
• 500 grams of flour; • 1 chicken egg; • 400 grams of sweet cream; • 100 grams of fresh blueberries; • 130 grams of butter – cut into cubes; • 65 grams of powdered sugar
You will also need 2 tablespoons of baking powder and salt to taste.
Step 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. Sift the flour and combine it with the powdered sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Step 3. Rub the butter cubes into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 4. Whip the cream together with the egg.
Step 5. Form a mound of flour on the work surface with a well in the center.
Step 6. Gradually pour the cream mixture into the well, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
Step 7. Shape the dough into a round cake and cut it into 8 equal wedges.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
