Katy Edling's Collage Work

Can you recall the last time you made a collage? For me, it goes back to high school… or so I think. It’s been ages since I last worked with torn magazine pages, scissors, and an Elmer’s glue stick. Recently, I joined a collage workshop at the excellent Midway Gallery in San Francisco. I was genuinely surprised by both the challenges and pleasures of the process, and I left feeling eager to dive deeper into this inspiring technique. Quite by chance, I then discovered Katy Edling’s remarkable collages. Aren’t they simply lovely? Weekend plans, sorted.
