Ingredients

  • Lamb meat – 4 large pieces
  • Rosemary – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
  • Mustard – 2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l
  • Hot pepper – 1 pod
  • Chives – 1 stalk
  • Chopped mint – 3-4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  1. Season the lamb pieces on both sides with a blend of rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes per side.
  3. While the meat cooks, make the sauce. Combine mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped fresh hot pepper, a green onion stalk, and chopped mint.
  4. Let the meat rest, then serve it with the peppermint sauce alongside roasted vegetables or a salad.
