Roasted Chicken Hearts for an Unforgettable Dinner

Required Ingredients

  • Chicken Hearts – 300 g
  • Potato – 500 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Provencal herbs – 1 tsp.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken hearts in half, then clean and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Sauté them in vegetable oil until they develop a golden-brown crust.
  3. Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes.
  4. Add the potatoes to the pan with the hearts.
  5. Cook covered until the potatoes are about halfway done.
  6. Next, toss in the chopped onion and carrots, along with sour cream, salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
  7. Continue simmering with the lid on until the potatoes are fully tender.
